Technology transfer

One responsibility of the European Space Agency is to contribute to innovation and growth in European enterprises by making space technology available for utilisation in other sectors. A service network is established by ESA to facilitate such transfer of technology.
The Norwegian partners in this activity are International Research Institute of Stavanger (IRIS), The Norwegian Space Centre and Innovation Norway, where IRIS has been assigned the role as national technology broker.
